A female ex-debt collector teaches how to collect debts.
There is a woman by the name of Michelle Dunn who used to be a debt collector until she got her panties sued off of her a couple of years or so ago for FDCPA violations by a consumer.
Now she writes books telling others how to get sued too. She wrote a really dumb article about how debtors are much like little children and she obviously thinks that debtors should be treated as such even though She claims differently in this article
It is an interesting read indeed.
